Pele Being Treated In Hospital 'For Stomach Pains'
Brazilian football legend Pele has been admitted to hospital in Sao Paolo.
Pele has been admitted to hospital for a "medical evaluation" after cancelling an appearance at a museum.
The Albert Einstein Hospital in Sao Paulo did not disclose why the Brazilian football legend was admitted, saying only that he would "undergo" tests.
The 74 year old was suffering from stomach pain, but his condition was not serious, according to the Agencia Estado news service and other local media.
Earlier in the day, it was announced that Pele had cancelled his appearance at the Pele Museum because of "health reasons".
It was unclear whether Pele would remain in hospital.
