Kwara Judiciary workers Suspends Strike


The Kwara State chapter of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria has called off its over one-month-old strike. JUSUN commenced its nation wide strike on Friday, January 11.

Justice A.F.A. Ademola of the Federal High Court, in January 2014, delivered a ruling in a suit filed by JUSUN in relation to the funding of the judiciary.

According to a communique made available to journalists in Ilorin on Sunday, the state judicial workers in the state will resume official functions on Monday.
