US Election: Nearly 33 million early votes have been cast as of Nov. 3
As of November 3, 2016, nearly 33 million votes have been cast in the 2016 US presidential election nationwide.
So far, Democratic-affiliated voters have outpaced Republican-affiliated voters in Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin.
In Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania, more Republican-affiliated voters have cast ballots so far.
In Florida, an equal proportion of Democratic-affiliated and Republican-affiliated voters have cast ballots.
In 12 battleground states, more than 15 million votes have been cast.
